La nostra struttura agrituristica si trova al confine tra l'Umbria e la Toscana vicino a Perugia, Assisi, Orvieto, Montepulciano, Siena, raggiungibili con meno di un'ora d'auto. Le nostre strutture rappresentano il luogo "ideale" per soggiornare immersi nel verde della campagna umbra con il Lago Trasimeno sullo sfondo. Il centro storico di Paciano è stato insignito come uno dei "Borghi più belli d'Italia" oltre che "Villaggio Ideale".
Offriamo la possibilità di soggiornare nei nostri appartamenti, rifiniti in tutti i minimi particolari costruttivi e architettonici, distinti in monolocali, bilocali, trilocali e una camera matrimoniale con bagno. Tutti gli alloggi dispongono di angolo cottura attrezzato e sufficiente per trascorrere alcuni giorni o settimane di vacanza.
I servizi a disposizione di tutti gli alloggi sono ubicati in parti delle strutture con ingresso indipendente come:
- la Sala Comune con mini bar con distributore automatico, stereo e TV con schermo 28";
- il Punto Benessere dove sono presenti la sauna e la vasca idromassaggio Jacuzzi (SPA) con relative docce e servizi igienici ampiamente sufficienti per le famiglie che possono riservare l'utilizzo ESCLUSIVO per un'ora dalle 9:00 alle 20:00;
- il servizio lavanderia con lavatrice e accessori da stiro rimane a disposizione degli ospiti con relativo WC adiacente 24 ore su 24;
- il campo da calcetto su erba, con accesso libero, può essere utilizzato anche per riscaldamento muscolare, footing, stretching, ecc.

La nostra struttura non offre il servizio di prima colazione e ristorazione, tuttavia gli ospiti possono preparare autonomamente la prima colazione e tutti i pasti utilizzando l'angolo cottura all'interno del proprio alloggio oppure l'angolo cottura annesso alla sala comune (particolarmente utile per gli ospiti che soggiornano nella camera matrimoniale).
La reception ha sede all'indirizzo dei proprietari, che abitano nella casa di fronte al residence, con l'indicazione che troverete al Vostro arrivo "Via degli Etruschi n.39".

Our farm-holiday is situated in Paciano, between Umbria and Toscana, near the cities of Perugia, Assisi, Orvieto, Montepulciano, Siena, that could be reached by car in less than 1 hour. Our structures are the “ideal” place to have a beautiful stay immersed in the green umbrian country, with the Trasimeno Lake in the backbground. The medieval village of Paciano has been prized as “One of the Most Beautiful Village of Italy” and “Ideal Village CEE 1991”.
We offer the possibility to have a stay in our pretty apartments, cured in all details, distinguished in bedsits, two-room flats, three-room flats and one indipendent matrimonial room with bathroom. All the apartments have an equipped kitchen-corner, really sufficient to spend some days or week of holiday.
The common services, available for all the apartments, are situated in appropriate spaces, such as:
- the COMMON ROOM with the vending-machine of coffe and snacks, the stereo system and the TV 28”;
- the WELLNESS POINT, with SAUNA, JACUZZI with appropriate showers and bathrooms sufficient for the families that could reserve their EXCLUSIVE USE for 1 hour, between 9:00am to 8:00pm;
- the LAWNDRY SPACE equipped with washing machine, ironic and bathroom, on the disposal of the guests 24h/24;
- the MINI-SOCCER FIELD in grass, with free entrance, that can be used also for stretching, footing, etc...

Our structure DOESN’T OFFERS FOOD SERVICES, but the guests could use the private kitchen-space of each apartment, or the one in the common room (particularly useful for the guests of the matrimonial bedroom).
The reception will be done in the house of the owners, in front of the residence, indicated with the road-sign “Via degli Etruschi, 39” that you will find at your arrival.

Tenuta Badia befindet sich in Paciano, zwischen Umbrien und der Toskana, in der Nähe von Perugia, Assisi, Orvieto, Montepulciano und Siena. Jede dieser Städte kann mit dem Auto innerhalb von einer Stunde erreicht werden. Wenn Sie einen Urlaub auf dem Land verbringen möchten, dann ist das Tenuta Badia die richtige Wahl.Das mittelalterliche Dorf Paciano wurde 1991 mit dem Preis "eines der schönsten Dörfer Italiens" zu sein, ausgezeichnet.
Alle Apartments verfügen über eine Kochnische.
Im GEMEINSCHAFTSRAUM steht ein Automat, wo Sie Snacks und Kaffee kaufen können.
Der WELLNESS-Bereich umfasst Sauna und Whirlpool, Duschen und Badezimmer für Familien, die 1 Stunde am Tag von 9:00 - 20:00 Uhr exklusiv für Sie zur Verfügung stehen.
Im WASCHSALON können Sie eine Waschmaschine, ein Bügeleisen und ein Bügelbrett nutzen.
Ein kleines Fußballfeld, das Sie auch für andere Sportaktivitäten nutzen können, steht ebenfalls zur Verfügung.

Da wir keine Mahlzeiten anbieten, sind unsere Apartments mit Kochnischen ausgestattet.
Der Empfang befindet sich im Haus der Besitzer, auf das ein Straßenschild "Via degli Etruschi, 39 " hinweist.
