Il Brugnolo” farm is located 3 km. away from Scandiano town center, at the bottom of the hills, in a lovely oasis away from the chaos, surrounded by plants and animals. Born as a “family farm” Il Brugnolo has been developed into a characteristic B&B where you will find yourself in a perfect harmony with nature. Art is very strong in this Italian county; the beautiful towns of Reggio Emilia, Parma, Modena, Maranello (with the Ferrari Museum) are very close to us, smallest cities with their rural castles are to be found everywhere in the surrounding area. Sport activities can also be done, swimming, tennis, horse riding, golf, walking, trekking and after a tiring day it is possible to go and relax at the Baths which are not far from the farm.The whole building was built out of stones at the end of the 1800, it has been restructured and the main architectural lines have been kept. We live in the farm, it will be possible to find one of our family members available at any time to help you with tourist information We offer flats, all independent, very comfortable with all of today needs and a touch of colours from the past. Each flat (4 people maximum) is fully furnished with kitchen and bathroom, air conditioning, television, phon. There is a common garden where to relax and a common room with a big fire place, where you can meet other people, taste wines and liquors, read a book and wath some television. One of the flats and the common rooms offer disable services .


“Il Brugnolo” est un oasis de paix loin du cahot des villes, immergé dans la verdure de la campagne, à seulement 3 km du centre de Scandiano, dans la zone au pied de la colline. Le Gite “Il Brugnolo” a été conçu par ses propriétaires comme un lieu où retrouver l’harmonie en contact avec les plantes et les animaux, où l’on peut vivre avec les rythmes de la nature. Ici, vous pourrez choisir de ‘tout faire’ ou ‘ne rein faire’, vous seuls déciderez. Pour le passionné de l’Histoire et de l’Art dans le gite, il y trouvera un lieu de références extraordinaire parce que celui-ci se trouve au centre de l’Emilie, permettant en peu de temps de rejoindre les villes de Reggio Emilia, Modena, Parma, avec leurs châteaux trés bien conservés, les terres de ‘Matilde di Canossa’ et arriver rapidement à Mantova. Aux alentours, c’est un fête continue avec concerts, représentations théâtrales, foires et manifestations divers et les fête medievale. Notre lieu d’accueil est une maison de la fin des années 1800, entiérement réalisées en pierres apparentes restructurées, en conservant au maximum les caractéristiques et les aspects architecturaux originels. Nous habitons dan la même maison, aussi, vous trouvez toujours quelqu’un de la famille à votre disposition pour n’importe quelle nécessité ou disponibles pour des services navette à l’aéroport de Bologne ou de la gare de Reggio Emilia ou Modena, et en fin de semaine, pour des circuits guidés à la décuverte de notre territoire. Les appartementes, tous dotés d’une entrée indépendante sont confortables et fonctionnels, adaptés aux exigences d’aujourd’hui, avec les saveurs et le couleurs du temps passé. Chaque appartement peut recevoir jusq’à quatre personnes, ils sont meublés de meubles d’époque. Ils possèdent : cuisine et bains complets avec toutes commodités, television, phon, air conditionné, chauffage autonome, à l’extérieur : jardin avec espaces verts afin de se relaxer dans la verdure et tranquillité de Dame Nature.
