E' situata in un paesino di circa 100 abitanti chiamato Lonnano nel comune di Pratovecchio in provincia di Arezzo. Distante circa 40 km sia da arezzo che da firenze, la nostra casa vacanza è rivolta a quella clientela che ama il turismo verso le città d'arte della toscana , a coloro che amano la natura - il confine del parco nazionale delle foreste casentinesi e campigna si trova a poche centinaia di metri - , ma anche a quelli a cui piace trascorrere una vacanza all'insegna dell'ozio e del riposo grazie ai confort che la nostra struttura offre: prima su tutte la piscina riservata ai soli clienti della villa

“Villa Caterina” is a private and completely independent villa with a swimming pool It can host up to 16 people and its rent is calculated on a weekly basis. It is situated in Lonnano, a small village of about 100 inhabitants near the town of Pratovecchio, 40km away from both Arezzo and Firenze in Tuscany.

Since it is situated on the borders of The National Park of Foreste Casentinesi e Campigna, our holiday house is addressed to the customers who love the tourism towards the art cities of Tuscany and to those who love nature. Thanks to the swimming pool reserved to our customers and to all the comforts our structure offers, this kind of holiday is also addressed to the people who enjoy spending  their leisure time resting and lazing away.

The Casentino valley offers a lot of tourist facilities. Casentino is rich in art and history and there are a lot of medieval castles (first of all Poppi castle) and ancient monasteries like the famous La Verna sanctuary where St. Francis lived.

As you can see, many interesting tourist attractions are both in Casentino and in the surrounding art cities like Arezzo and Firenze and in one or two hours you can also reach Siena, Cortona, San Gimignano and many other interesting places.

La Villa se trouve en Toscane et est particulière, indépendante, avec piscine et elle peut accueillir jusqu’à 16 personnes.  Le loyer est calculé par semaine.

Elle est située dans un petit village d’ environ 100 habitants qui s’appelle Lonnano. Il est à presque 40-50 Km soit de Firenze, soit d’Arezzo. Notre maison des vacances est pour une clientèle qui aime les villes d’art de la  Toscana et la nature, mais aussi pour ceux qui aiment se reposer parmi les conforts que notre structure offre: avant tout la piscine réservée seulement aux clients de la villa. La vallée du Casentino donne un grand nombre d’occasions touristiques: le Parc National, des châteaux médiévaux comme le bien renommé château de Poppi, le sanctuaire de La Verna, où San Francesco a vécu une partie de sa vie. Comme vous pouvez constater les occasions touristiques sont nombreuses soit vers le Casentino, soit vers Arezzo et Firenze, sans oublier que en parcourant

Villa Caterina liegt in einem kleinen Dorf-Lonnano (zirka 100 Einwohner) in der Gemeinde von Pratovecchio, in der Provinz von Arezzo. Weit ungefaehr 40-50 Km von Arezzo und Firenze, richtet sich unser Ferienhaus an eine Kundschaft, die nicht nur die Kunststaedte der Toscana und die Natur liebt (die Grenze des Nationalparks der Waelder des Casentino und Campigna befindet sich wenige hundert Meter entfernt) sondern auch an diejenige, die Ihren Urlaub im Zeichen der Mussezeit und der Ruhe verbringen wollen. Unsere Struktur bietet jeden Konfort an, vor allem das

Schwimmbad, das nur unseren Kunden reserviert ist. Auch das Tal vom Casentino

bietet zahlreiche touristische Gelegenheiten an. Ausser dem schon genannten Nationalpark, gibt es viele mittelalterliche Schloesser, vor allem das Schloss von Poppi und Kloester wie die sehr beruehmte Wallfahrtskirche von La Verna, wo San Francesco lebte. Wie man sieht, sind zahlreich die Gelegenheiten fuer die Touristen sowohl in Casentino als auch in den Kunststaedten von Arezzo und Firenze. Nicht zu vergessen, dass man in wenigen Kilometern Siena, Cortona, San Gimignano und andere toskanische Ziele erreichen kann.
