Abitazione indipendente nella campagna ligure ,circondata da giardino e tavoli con colazioni all'aperto in primavera-estate, nella strada sottostante la casa parcheggio illuminato durante la notte,ci troviamo a 150 mt dal paese di PITELLI,a 5km da La Spezia,a 4km da Lerici, a mezz'ora dalle Cinque terre, spiaggia Baia Blu a 2km. A disposizione 3 camere matrimoniali e 3 servizi, possibile uso cucina e barbecue in giardino, il paese ha tutti i servizi disponibili tra cui ristorante, pizzeria, bar, farmacia e negozi. A disposizione materiale turistico e consigli per visite in tutte le bellissime zone circostanti.

Our B&B it is a private property, in the rural Ligurian coast, is a little out of the centre of Pitelli and 5 km from the main city La Spezia and 4 km from Lerici. Our house has three bedrooms (with mariage-bed, and possibility of one bed added for every room) three bathrooms , the “pesco’s room” has inner bathroom , the lemon’s and orange’s rooms has near the bathroom but of private use (every room has its bathroom ) there is also a fourth bedroom attached to the last one for family group of friends. In Summer or fine weather , breakfast can be served in the garden in a pleasant surrounding . Althought we are in rural area, we are in central position . In our village , Pitelli, there is a restaurant, take away Pizza-bar, shops and a small garage where you can for a small charge you can park your motorbike, you can so also rent a bike, wich allow you to visit closer place like Baia Blu (or Blue Bay) one of the nicest beach on the Golf of the poets: The bay is a 2 km from our house, the touring is made easy by bus, it take 30 minutes to reach Cinque Terre, Portovenere, Sarzana, Versila e Lunigiana. It is also available trip by see, as boat make regular tour it include Portofino and Genoa with it is magnificent sea world. rate from 25,00€ to 28,50 € to person to night breakfast included


Habitation privée à 5 km de la Spezia et à 4 km de Lerici, à 2 km de distance de la plage « Baia Blu. » Nous avons à dispositions 3 chambres cachune d’elle avec soin bain privè , En été nous servons le petit déjeuner au jardin, le parking est sous l’immeuble. Nous nous trouvons à 150 mt du village « Pitelli » avec son supermarchè, sa pizzeria et son restaurant , et à une demi Reure des « Cinque Terre » PRIX de 25.00 à 28.50 € par personne et par nuit , compris le petit déjeuner, et 12 € de supplemente pour chaque lit ajoutè.


Unser b&b ist mit 3 Zimmern ausgestattet: Zwei auf der 1.Etage und eins im Erdgeschoß mit eigenem Ausgang. Zwischen den 3 Etagen befinden sich 2 große, Das dritte Badezimmer ist zum Schlafzimmer inner Unser b&b hat Balkons und einen Garten, in dem im Sommer das Frühstück serviert wird; interner Frühstücksraum mit Fernseher. „Le Ghiande” eingebettet im Grünen, 2 km entfernt von der „Baia Blu”, einer wunderschönen Bucht im Golf von La Spezia, 4 km von Lerici und den Stränden des Golfs „dei Poeti“, 20 Minuten von den „Cinque Terre“, von Portovenere und der berühmten „Versilia“ – ideal für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt und Spaziergängen bis zum Meer. In 30 Minuten Entfernung die Ausgrabungen von „Luni“, „Sarzana“ und der „Lunigiana. Unsere Tarife teilen sich in zwei Kategorien auf; Hoch-und Nebensaison. Die Hochsaison läuft vom 01 Juni bis 30 september und alle in Verbindung mit Feiertagen liegenden Zeiträume; Nebensaison = Rest des Jahres. In der Hauptsaison kostet ein Doppelzimmer für 2 Personen inkl. Frühstück 57 Euro, in der Nebensaison 50 Euro; Doppelzimmer zur Alleinbenutzung: 40 Euro in Haupt-und Nebensaison. Ein Zustellbett hat einen Aufpreis von 12 Euro, die Küchennutzung (Geschirr und verschiedene Küchengeräte stehen zur Verfügung) hat einen Aufpreis von 5 Euro.
