La struttura, edificata dopo lo storico terremoto del 1693 e oggi completamente ristrutturata, è un esempio delle tipiche case del ragusano, con tetto in legno, tegole a coppo siciliano, pareti in pietra viva e pavimentazione in pece estratta dalle miniere della zona. L’immeuble a ètè èdifiè après le tremblement de terre de 1693, et aujourd’hui malgrè ses chengements a gardè son ancienne architecture. Elle est situèe dans une position strategique pour le touriste, il peut choisir entre un charmant parcours pièton parmi ruelles et escaliers qui le conduit à Ragusa Ibla, la ville ancienne aujourd’hui patrimoine de l’Unesco, ou la promenade monumentale qui l’accompagne dans les rues principales au cœur de la ville. Les chambres climatisèes ont tous les comforts: salle de bains, T.V. color avec decoder satellite, rèfrigèrateur. L’hote dispose aussi d’une cuisine compléte de vaisselle. Le matin on sert le pétit déjeuner, et sur demande on peut servir aussi le “brunch” ou on peut goûter des plats typiques.

Das Frühstück ist international. Auf Wunsch des Gastes kann auch ein typisch ragusaner Frühstücksbrunch serviert werden.
