Dal recupero di un antico podere, sorge la meravigliosa residenza immersa nella campagna toscana. La villa gode di una posizione invidiabile poiché situata al centro di un itinerario turistico quasi obbligato che si snoda dalle vicine Pienza e Montepulciano fino a Cortona e Castiglione del Lago, fondendosi con i profumi e i sapori delle Strade del Vino Nobile. Sono vicini anche i conosciuti centri termali di Rapolano e Chianciano Terme e città d'arte come Siena, Arezzo e Perugia.
Il maestoso podere in mattoni domina dall'alto di un poggio una vallata di vigneti al termine della quale sorgono come fari le torri e i campanili del borgo poliziano. Inoltre esso è circondato da vigneti e macchie boschive e ciò permette veramente all'ospite di appropriarsi della serenità che questo luogo trasmette.
Il casale è stato restaurato in armonia con la tradizione, senza rinunciare però a numerosi comfort.
Il risultato è un angolo di paradiso che dispone di sette ampie camere con aria condizionata, di cui una per portatori di handicap, e un appartamento. La colazione sarà servita in un luminoso e confortevole salone, all'interno del quale, a richiesta, si potranno gustare le famose specialità gastronomiche toscane; grazie all'accordo raggiunto con i ristoranti della zona questo servizio sarà fornito a prezzi modici. Inoltre, in questo ampio spazio sarà possibile, nei mesi più rigidi, rilassarsi con un buon libro e un bicchiere di vino.
La struttura, infine, è dotata di una grande piscina con attigua vasca idromassaggio, barbecue ed accesso internet.

From the top of a hill, the magnificent podere or farmhouse dominates a vineyard Valley at whose end towers and bell towers of the Politian town rise like lighthouses.
The Villa is surrounded by vineyards and plantings allowing our guest to enjoy, in privacy, the peacefulness of the area.
The farmhouse has been restored according to tradition but without abandoning the idea of comfort.
The result is a spot of paradise with seven spacious double-bedrooms, one of which is equiped for disabled people).
Breakfast is served in a bright and comfortable large hall, in which, by request, it would be possible to taste celebrated Tuscan dishes.
Thanks to the agreement with the restaurants of the area, this service is available at reasonable prices.
Furthermore, the large hall provides our guests with an opportunity to relax with a good book or a glass of wine.
The Villa also has swimming pool with hydro-massage, barbecue and internet access.
Finally, depending on the season, one can enjoy the blooming sunflowers, the grape harvest, have a walk or relax by the swimming pool.
During the Summer, one can also take part to many cultural and gastronomic tours to the neighbouring medieval villages, oil mills and vineries.

Das Landhaus ist in einer beneidenswerte Position im Herzen der toskanischen Landschaft auf Strade Del Vino Nobile oder Weinstraßen, die solche berühmte Städte wie Pienza und Montepulciano mit Cortona und Castiglion Del Lago anschließen.
Von der Oberseite eines Hügels, beherrscht das ausgezeichnete podere oder Bauernhaus eine Weinberg Senke an deren Ende Aufsätze und Glockentürme der Politian Stadt wie Leuchttürme steigen.
Das Landhaus wird durch Weinberge und Anpflanzungen umgeben, unserem Gast erlaubend, im Privatleben, die Ruhe des Bereichs zu genießen.
Das Bauernhaus ist entsprechend Tradition aber wieder hergestellt worden, ohne die Idee des Komforts zu verlassen. Das Resultat ist ein Punkt des Paradieses mit sieben geräumigen Doppeltschlafzimmern, von denen eins für untaugliche Leute bestausgeruestet ist.
Frühstück wird in einem hellem und bequeme große Halle aufgetragen, in der, durch Antrag, es möglich sein würde, gefeierte toskanische Teller zu schmecken. Dank die Vereinbarung mit den Gaststätten des Bereichs, dieser Service ist zu angemessenen Preisen vorhanden.
Ausserdem versieht die große Halle unsere Gäste mit einer Gelegenheit, sich mit einem guten Buch oder einem Glas Wein zu entspannen.
Das Landhaus hat auch Swimmbad mit Unterwassermassage , Grill- und Internet-Zugang.
Schließlich abhängig von der Jahreszeit, kann man die blühenden Sonnenblumen, die Traubeernte genießen, einen Weg haben oder durch den Swimmingpool sich entspannen. Während des Sommers kann man zu vielen kulturellen und gastronomischen Touren zu den benachbarten mittelalterlichen Dörfern, zu den ölmühlen und zu den Weinstöcke auch teilnehmen.
