Un lussuoso B&B in una splendida villa con piscina, immerso nel verde di pini secolari abitati da scoiattoli, a 30 metri dal mare, sulla Costiera Triestina.

Tutte le camere hanno vista sul mare, ampio terrazzo, impianto di climatizzazione, televisore, bagno, frigobar.

La villa é stata completamente e lussuosamente ristrutturata nel 2005. E’ ubicata in una delle più belle strade d’Europa, “la Strada Costiera”, a 4 Km. dal Castello di Miramare, a 12 km. dal centro di Trieste, a 20 km. dall’aereoporto, a 11 km. dalla Stazione Ferroviaria, a 8 km. dall’autostrada. A 200 metri fermata dei mezzi pubblici .

A DISPOSIZIONE DEI CLIENTI: un ampio terrazzo con vista sul mare e sul giardino, dove si consumeranno le colazioni, in caso di bel tempo. Un grande salone con finestroni sul mare e sul giardino, dove si faranno le colazioni in caso di brutto tempo. Il giardino con pini secolari abitati da scoiattoli.

Il parcheggio (a pagamento) anch’esso con vista sul mare. Parcheggio libero e gratuito a 200 metri dalla villa. La piscina ed il solarium.

Dream House hat 3 Doppelzimmer: das „Summer“, „Spring“ und „Big“ Zimmer. Alle Zimmer sind mit kontrollierbarer Klimaanlage, Fernseher, Badezimmer, Kühlschrank, einer großen Terrasse ausgestattet.

Sie sind sehr geräumig und haben große Panoramafenster mit fantastischer Sicht aufs Meer und den Garten.
