The Villa is of new construction: the rooms have seen lago and in the immense hall a typical Lombardic fireplace will heat the winter evenings of the hosts, while during the summery season an evocative panorama will be able to be admired. To our hosts we offer an abundant breakfast and varies with native produce and some directly it cultivates to you from we. They are on hand of our hosts tv, radio, immense collection of film in dvd, brochures rich of information (on the territory, places to visit, events…) Parking car close to the house - parking covered motion. In little minuteren the center is caught up on foot country (10 minuteren). In the numerous vicinities they are the opportunities for every type of stay: in the vicinities it is possible to visit ancient villas and religious garden and places; you attend are moreover the connections in boat with the center lago, in bus with the Valsassina neighbor, train with the Valtellina. The vicinity to the lago of Como allows to practice to many aquatic sports us, while in the outskirtses it can be practiced trekking, ski of mountaineering and the parapendio on the neighbor alpe of Giumello. ...

Bed And Breakfast La Respuchina

 The B&B - situated in the village of ORO - so call for the particularly sunny position - it enjoys of a stupendous sight lake and it allows to reach, through an attractive stairway that crosses the old suburb, one of the various beaches that stud the place.Purchased by the owners in 2003, the house has been completely restructured and furnished with furniture of family restored or recovered in the antique’s shop. The Respuchina possesses 4 terraces -  all sight lake -  a garden of 800 mqs with  plays for babies (swing, basket, game of arrows , small swimming pool, etc.) and with possibility of lunch to the outside in the summer months, enjoying of the lake and of the impending mountain. To the first floor there are kitchen, living room with tv sat ,dining room, where landlady serves the breakfast in the cold months, study and bath with shower.To the second floor 3 double rooms reserved to the guests, two baths with tub, a kitchenette and an independent entry.The name Respuchina derives from a dialect term that literally  means “small porcupine" and it is to point out the appellative commonly used for the children of house, rascals and rogues.All of this to point out that  children will be particularly pleasant guests and the landlady  will try to make their pleasant and comforting stay. ...

La Ca' Del Masenzi (massenzio's House)

In the heart of Lecco historical center, where most of Alessandro Manzoni’s Promessi Sposi takes place, you can rest at the Bed & Breakfast “LA CA’ DEL MASENZI”, an ancient and prestigious home owned by Colombo family. It’s a XVII Century rural house regained by Massenzio Colombo in 1980, after his Grandfather sold it in 1935. Throughout years, the residence was parcelled out to three different owners so it wasn’t easy for Mr. Colombo to annex the entire property. Massenzio Colombo (1930-2006) was well known in Lecco for is restaurant industry; the “TRATTORIA DA MASSENZIO”, managed now by the nephews, is at a walk distance from the house. The Bed & Breakfast consists in three rooms with two bathrooms with shower, and two kitchens fully furnished, in a very comfortable environment, with cable TV in each room. It’s a perfect location both for journeys, with a close by cableway which takes to Piani D’Erna and the street to Valsassina, and the Lake with its beautiful scenarios. The Bad & Breakfast is also close to the Supermarket Iperal and to the Meridiana mall, projected by Renzo Piano. The hospital “Alessandro Manzoni” is one of the best in Italy and it’s accessible within a few minutes walk. Lecco is a very nice city, full of cultural and tourist attractions.
