Letto & Riletto

Letto & Riletto opened last year on July, for turists and also for business travel. 6 room for 6 book's name and 6 different colors, with Tv, telephon and air conditioning. The bathroom is with shower, towels and courtesy kit. The biggest room had a table inside where you can work or have a breakfast (service room is free) and we can add a third bed for your friend or children. The other 5 rooms are with balcony. In the lobby, a little choise of books is for everybody, as an internet point, printer, and fax service. Near our little garden there are several free parking (but if you like, you can park inside our garage for 5,00 euro per night). In a few minutes walking, you can go to the bank, post office, supermarket, and several other shops, 2 restaurants and bars.Our prices including breakfast buffet, service and tax. As well you can go to the centre of Montecassiano, orange flag like one of the most beautifull town of Italy. With 10 minutes, you are in the centre of Recanati, city of Giacomo Leopardi. 15 minutes are enough for Loreto, or at the opposite side Tolentino. 10 minutes are also enough for other two orange flags, Treia and Montelupone. PORTO RECANATI, blue flag 2007, is at just 15 minutes by car. Really nice beach, is ideal for sun and bath . Several pubs, bars, chalet in the sea side, and discoteque, are great for your crazy nights ! Demetra is a working farm set within 12 hectares of private ground, including 2 hectares of forest and 10 of cultivable soil where everything is grown according to organic methods. On the farm we grow vegetables, grapes, cereals (spelt, common and durum wheat), legumes (chick peas, cicerchia, lentils), and we also have fruit trees and olive trees. Our produce is either sold on the local market, or used for home baking, be it bread or cakes. We have a variety of animals, including sheep, ducks, hens, and one donkey. We also keep a few bee-hives where all our honey is produced. Our accommodation offers a three-bedroom flat, each room with en-suite bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a wide range of cooking facilities. All cleaning products used on the farm are eco-friendly, and during the summer hot water is produced using solar power.
