Only for RENT (not half board or bed & breakfast) "Villetta Umberto"(4+2 guests) and "Villetta Pinuccia"(4 guests), are surrounded by the green plants, bushes and vibrantly colourful flowers that make up the gardens at the front and back of the house. There is an ample terrace, provided with an outside umbrella, deck chairs, sun beds, outside shower and barbecue. The interior of the villas , each apartment has a dining room that can also be used as a living area with Tvsat and Stereo hi-fi; the kitchen has a microwave oven, a refrigerator and a dishwasher. The villas are composed by: a living room and a kitchen, two bedrooms, one with a double beds and other with two single beds, two bathrooms, both with showers and a washing machine. In the Villetta Umberto there is a mezzanine floor with two beds with furniture. The two apartments have air conditioning/heating. Facing into the garden there is a veranda with table and chairs where one can eat outdoors and enjoy the marvellous panorama of the blue sky and sea.
