Dear Madam_ and Sir, We would like to welcome you to the Podere Caldaruccio consisting of 3 country farm houses -all of them situated on a hill- top with a fantastic view, and an impressive very old pine grove which is the landmark for the little village below. The apartments are from a minimum of 45 to an average space of 100 square metres, all of them have been restored taking care to leave the original structure. They are comfortable and the rooms are furnished with antique furniture together with modern comfort_ as satellite colour television. We also have a tower room (on _ top of the farm house with a wonderful view) to be used as a double or triple room of about 40 square meters and a bathroom with a bath-tub.
