Casa Penelope is a nice B&B in the Umbria country, near Narni. It is very well located to start your visit in Umbria and Lazio (45 minutes from Rome) and it is not far from the Highway.  Our apartment is endowed of all comforts (TV, fan, kitchenette with microwave oven) and  it can  host   a family of four people. Fattoria Ma' Falda

Our holiday farm Fattoria Ma’ Falda lies in an extraordinarily beautiful environment in the middle of Italy’s so-called green core. The agritourism is surrounded by protected nature with a particularly rich flora and fauna, as well as beautiful cultivated land. You will find us between Orvieto and Todi, in an area of great cultural interest, close to the borders of Lazio and Tuscany, not far from the cities of Perugia, Assisi and Spoleto.Fattoria Ma’ Falda is situated at an altitude of  550 metres, with a panoramic view of a beautifully undulating landscape, on the foothills of the extinct volcano Monte Peglia, overlooking the lake of Corbara. The farm is surrounded by two nature reserves of great interest in matters of flora, fauna and geology: The protected oasis of the Peglia mountain and the park around the river Tiber.The grounds of our farm surround an old manor house which was built in the 18th century. It was first used as a postal office and a place for changing horses. Its 12 hectars of land are now divided between grazing grounds, woods, olive groves and fruit orchards.The running of the farm is now based on agriculture and animal husbandry for our own production of cheese, virgin oil, meat and honey. We keep goats, sheep and pigs. We are in the process of acquiring a formal recognition as an eco-farm (ecological farm).We have three flats to let. Casale L'alba

It’s a characteristic XVIII century farmhouse with private swimming pool, divided into three indipendent apartments one of which occupied by the owners. The farmhouse gives the possibility of renting apartments for 4/6 people each or accomodating in B&B solution in room for two or three people. Each apartment has 2 bedrooms, sitting room with fireplace, sofabed and TV, kitchet and one bathroom with shower. Extra single beds are available on request in any room. Each apartment has private and equipped garden with tables, chairs and beach umbrella; the swimming pool and the surrounding area equipped with gazebo and deck chairs, and the children playground are in common. The farmhouse is 3 km far from the medioeval hamlet of Montegiove (XIII c. castle) and about 10 km from Montegabbione and Fabro (A1 Rome-Milan highway, railway station, supermarkets, banks, post office, restaurants, pubs, sport centers, filling stations, etc.). It is located in a very quite and relaxing hilly area near the border with Tuscany and Lazio so it is strategically located for those willing to comfortably visit the majority of the most important Central Italian art cities and sites. This area is also particularly recommended for nice and interesting walks as many naturalistic paths and historical and cultural sites are reacheble from the house. In 10 minutes walking (900 m.) you can reach and visit "La Scarzuola", a Francescan Monastery of 1218 (with one of the first portrait of San Francesco) next to which the architect Tommaso Buzzi planned and built an amazing and incredible architectonical complex. ...

The bed and Breakfast Natura Naturans is an old typical Umbrian farmhouse immersed in a green oasis surrounded by woods and olive trees.  It looks out on to the breath taking view of the valley below.  The farmhouse is only four kilometers from the center of the beautiful city of Orvieto and it is in easy reach of other well know cities like Todi, Citta della Pieve, Perugia, Siena, Montepulciano.  Florence and Rome are little more than an hour away.  The farm house was refurbished in 2007 and not only was the typical style of a country house maintained but also the criteria of bio –building were followed.  Limestone and pollution free paint was used. Nicla greets the guests in the same way as one greets friends who come to visit at home.  There is a very warm, cosy and familiar atmosphere.  There are two double bedrooms available for guests.
