After years of experience in the tourism field, Gemma and Massimo decided to open their house to those who, for holiday or business, wish to stay in a familiar and comfortable atmosphere where hospitality and warmth make you feel at home.Our B & B is placed in Marti, in the municipality of Montopoli V / Arno, and is comfortably reached the Freeway FI-PI-LI by which you can also quickly reach the major art sites such as Pisa, Florence, Livorno , Lucca, Volterra, San Gimignano and Siena. Situated in the relaxing Tuscan country, and surrounded by medieval villages rich of history and culture as San Miniato, Palaia and Montopoli.On the first floor the B&B presents 4 double rooms and 1 small “Suite” composed by double room and small room with sofa bed, ideal for families with children or teens. During the stay our guests will take the main entrance key with them to make them feel completely independent.Breakfast is served in your room or you can enjoy a rich buffet in the beautiful ground floor hall with original crossed vaults, or in the garden.

All equipped withall technological comforts, they are the quintessence of hospitality, privacyand independence.After twoyears of hard work this dream came true, and ILTON is now open.ILTONB&B is situated just 30 metres from the Cisanello General Hospital, a fewminutes from the National Research Council (CNR), the historical centre withthe famous Miracoli Square and the Leaning Tower.At your arrival we will consign you the main door’s key and theroom key, so you’ll be free to go out and come back to  ILTON B&Bwhenever you want. We will be there to welcome you at you arrival: we willarrange it by telephone. Therefore, you can contact us by telephone 24 hours on24, and, in case of need, we’ll be at ILTON’s in a few minutes.  Check-inCheck-inhour is from 2 p.m to 8 p.m. If you need to arrive in different hours,(noearlier then 8 a.m.), you can deposit your luggage and wait for the room to beready.
