The Villa is in an enviable position in the heart of the Tuscan countryside on the Strade del Vino Nobile or wine roads connecting such famous towns as Pienza and Montepulciano with Cortona and Castiglione del Lago. From the top of a hill, the magnificent podere or farmhouse dominates a vineyard Valley at whose end towers and bell towers of the Politian town rise like lighthouses. The Villa is surrounded by vineyards and plantings allowing our guest to enjoy, in privacy, the peacefulness of the area.
