This historical center has always been considered as the jewel of Sicilian architecture and has been declared by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site.
Is situated on the second floor of an elegant and historical building built in the 700's by a noble family. Therefore, the 'palazzo' itself is considered to be a building of historical and architectural value. Nightlife, known as 'Movida Catanese' is located a few meters away from our B&B with a many 'Caffe Concerto' and other typical local coffee shops specializing in delicious local pastries, pubs, restaurants, sidewalk café's, tavola calda and many other popular meeting places. By day, one can visit the most important monuments that the city has to offer including the Duomo. All this and more (including the very large daily open-air market) are within walking distance of our B&B.

Departing from the traditional B&B's, every room is a mini apartment, totally independent from the rest of the building, and developed on two levels by way of an internal staircase.
