An ancient mill on the Arno dating back to the 13th century and still intact in its charm. It is completely surrounded by nature and located in the vicinity of a small village offering a bar, a newsstand, some shops and a restaurant.

The center of Florence lies less than 5 Km away and can be easily reached by car, by bus or by a bicycle path running along the riverside. There are ample and well-equipped outdoor spaces (the garden and the terrace give onto the river). Breakfast is offered in the garden. The bedrooms, baths and a separate hall occupy a wing that is completely reserved to guests. In a finely restored setting, the bedrooms are furnished with antiques and are provided with satellite-dish television. A refrigerator is available. Private parking and possibility of bikes chartering.

The B&B is immersed in the landscape of green hills that form the valley of the river. It is a veritable small oasis of tranquillity. From here one can easily visit the entire artistic wealth and heritage of the city thanks to the excellent connections (by bus, bicycle or car) or dedicate one’s time to exploring the environs of Florence, avoiding city traffic.

The bus stop is located only 200 meters from the B&B.
This bus line (14A) with frequent runs crosses the entire historical center,
reaches the Trade Fair and Exposition Center and ends at the Main Hospital.

Four rooms are available:
1 double bedroom (bed 160 cm) with private bathroom with large shower + 1 double bedroom (bed 140 cm) rentable too together as a suite,
2 double bedrooms (bed 140 cm) with bathroom in common.
The prices range from Euro 50,- to Euro 100,- per room per day, breakfast included.

Il B&B è vicinissimo a Firenze, con Plazza della Signoria, Ponte Vecchio, la Galleria degli Uffizi, il duomo di Santa Maria del Fiore a soli 5 km. Fiesole è poco più lontana, 6 km, con la sua splendida vista sul panorama di Firenze e il suo Teatro Romano in cui si svolge l'Estate Fiesolana con i suoi spettacoli. Sulle colline attorno al B&B si possono visitare molte ville storiche, con i loro splendidi giardini, o percorrere numerosi sentieri di trekking.

La Chambre d’hôte est situèe à moins de 5 km à sud de Florence sur la route pour Arezzo et peut être au même temps une base idéal pour les visites à Florence ou un point de départ à la campagne, trekking ou promenade à pied ou en bicyclette dans la campagne de Florence. Le jardin permet une agréable pause de tranquillité après une journée passée de visiter des monuments et des musées, bercés du murmure de l’Arno. À moins de trois cents de mètres les hôtes ont à disposition, sans devoir utiliser l’auto, un excellent restaurant où pouvoir dîner, le bar, la pharmacie et varient autres magasins, outre le cinéma.
