Our B&B is immersed in the beautiful parkland of a game reserve populated with roe deer, wild boars and foxes in the splendid countryside of Mugello Valley. It is situated in a panoramic position 500 mt a.s.l. The wild yet harmonious wcenery, a dense network of footpaths, the Lake of Bilancino (canoe, surfing, sailing) and the excellent local cuisine make this area an ideal holiday destination. The powerful Medici loved Mugello and left a great number of signs of their passage. We are about a 50 minutes drive from the beautiful city of Florence, with its important history, monuments and its culture.

The "Incompiuta", our home, is very comfortable, calm and quiet, with certain areas that are shared with other hosts: fireplace, spacious living room with TV, dining room, little kitchen; there are two well furnished rooms, each with their own bath with shower.

Nearby there is the "Casetta", a small and inviting double room flat with private entrance, barbecue, TV, refrigerator, bathroom with bath tube and hairdryer. Breakfast is inclusive and, during the summer season, is served in the garden, under the shadow of two old trees. For all hosts there is our private swimming pool with sunbeds and sunchairs.

B&B Mugello

Il nostro B&B si trova a circa 40 km dalla splendida città di Firenze con i suoi monumenti, musei, la sua storia e la sua cultura. I Medici,  originari del Mugello, hanno lasciato in questo territorio molti segni del loro passaggio. Si possono visitare castelli, ville e conventi quali il Castello di Cafaggiolo, Castello del Trebbio, Palazzo dei Vicari a Scarperia e, lungo la Via Bolognese, il Parco e Villa Demidoff a Pratolino.

Per gli appassionati della natura ci sono molte possibilità di passeggiate e trekking, equitazione, golf, volo a vela. Il Lago di Bilancino, a circa 25 minuti da noi, offre la possibilità di praticare il nuoto, la canoa, la vela, il windsurf e la pesca sportiva. La vicina Oasi naturalistica di Gabbianello permette la conoscenza di un habitat di grande interesse per la presenza di numerose specie di uccelli. Siamo inoltre a pochi chilometri dall'Autodromo Internazionale del Mugello.

The Medici family, whose origins lie in Mugello,have left  the territory a great number of signs of their passage. Here you can visit castles, villa and convents like Cafaggiolo's Castle, Trebbio's Castle, Vicari Palace in Scarperia and, along Via Bolognese, Villa Demidoff Park in Pratolino.

There are numerous nature trail, rich in both flora and fauna, for nature lovers. Nature walks and trekking are not the only activities: the territory also offers horse back riding, golf, gliding and flying for pleasure and sport. The nearby Gabbianello Natural Oasis, gives the visitor the opportunity to learn about the specific area and the numerous bird species. We are about a 25 minutes drive from the International Racing Circuit.
