We offer for rent a pretty apartment in the heart of Lucca, built on the walls of an ancient roman amphitheatre of which it preserves the original structure, even if it has recently been renovated, completely refurnished and supplied with autonomous heating and air conditioning.
At the entrance, the living-dining room is provided with table, chairs, divans and a highly comfortable two-places sofa bed, tv set, DVD player and hi-fi system. The kitchen is habitable and equipped with household appliances, including a dishwasher. The other rooms are: master bedroom, a small double bedroom on the porch and two bathrooms with shower. Children, smokers and pets are welcome; unfortunately the apartment is not accessible to the disabled, due to two floors to climb without an elevator.
The house is situated in the pedestrian zone; from it one can reach on foot the whole city. It is not far from the parking lots (10 minutes on foot), the highways (10 minutes by car), or the bus and railway stations. The view is on the amphitheatre square, very romantic and picturesque. On the opposite side there is Fillungo Street with a promenade and elegant shops, and behind the church of San Frediano - one of the oldest churches in Lucca - are situated the walls, the parks and the cycle path.
