Our villa lies in the centre of Pompeii, 300 metres from the Sanctuary and 650 metres from the archaeological site.  The front garden is well stocked with ornamental plants including an age-old olive tree and flower beds always in bloom while to the rear there is another garden that can also be enjoyed.For our guests there are three finely furnished mini-apartments measuring from 48 to 52 square metres, each of which contains two bedrooms with private bathroom and a well appointed terrace with an excellent view.All rooms have heating, air conditioning, plasma screen satellite TV, mini-bar and a safe.Our international breakfasts, enriched with typical local produce, are served in the dining room, in the guest’s own room, on the terrace or in the well tended garden, furnished with pretty sofas and armchairs.  This area is also available to guests for relaxation, sunbathing or open-air dinners with the use of the barbecue. Just 300 metres away there is well-known kennel for the boarding, breeding and training of dogs.  Also, 100 metres away there is a good riding club; and a short walk will take you to a multi-purpose sports centre equipped with regulation indoor and outdoor swimming pools.As part of the warm welcome we reserve for all our guests we can provide information on the most interesting tourist attractions, which, thanks to our very convenient location, can be quickly reached by public transport:  the Vesuvius Nature Reserve, with a visit to the crater; Sorrento, the Amalfi Coast, Positano, Naples (only 23 kilometres away); the famous islands of Capri, Ischia and Procida, reached in a few minutes by hydrofoil from the nearby port of Castellammare di Stabia; and the archaeological sites of Pompeii, Herculaneum, Paestum and Pozzuoli.On request we can provide transport to and from the airport of Naples Capodichino, 23 kilometres away, and also Naples railway station.Our services to and from the nearby State railway station and the Circumvesuviana railway are free of charge.Breakfast, daily room cleaning and change of linen are included in the room rate.Our central position enables you to reach the city on foot.
