Bed and Breakfast “Sa Posada” is conveniently situated in the centre of the village of Ussassai. This is a charming small town in the province of Nuoro. The village lies on the slope of a valley that is rich with natural treasures and is surrounded by a beautiful landscape. A holiday here means investigating, listening, inner reflection and the desire to discover and understand. Sa Posada has 3 comfortable rooms that offer up to 6 beds. The rooms share a large balcony and there is one common bathroom and a living for mutual use with a library that offers a rich diversity of illustrated books and leaflets, giving you information about the area. It’s a special treat to wake up in the morning, surrounded by the chattering of singing birds and the rich scent of the mountains. In a small but comfortable garden you can, if the weather permits it, enjoy a local breakfast. We will offer you the typical products of the region. (milk, pastries, fresh fruit juices, a variety of tasty cheeses, marmalade, fruit etc). On colder days you are welcome to use your breakfast in the rustic kitchen. Here you are surrounded by kitchen tools, that were once used for making bread and by all sorts of old and rare utensils, which helped the women of the region with their housekeeping.
