Theapartment S.Maria a Mondello is in the centre of the village, in a very quiet area, only 50mt. far from the wonderful sea and the beach: all around there are many night-clubs, pubs, discotheques, markets, pizza shops, and some little shops for your purchases; you may go to the centre of Palermo by bus very easily.

It is a furnished flat and consists of: a furnished large kitchen, dishes, fridge, washing machine, wardrobes shuts, eiderdown, shower bathroom, fan, stove. The flat is composed of a kitchen, bathroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a wedding bedroom more and a small room with two single beds, a sitting room with a divan bed double , so in this flat there are eight beds.

Prices are comprehensive of linen and services (gas, electricity, water).

Cleaning price is excluded and it is 30€.

The flat is weekly or more available.

Car and motorbike rental convention.

Prices for one week:

Low season (from 01/11 to 31/03) 400€

Middle season (from 01/04 to 17/06 and from 17/09 to 31/10) 500 €

High season (form 18/06 to 16/09, included Christmas, New year’s day, Easter) 650€

Extra services: carriage from Falcone e Borsellino Airport

Hiking options in major cities and resorts Sicilian (Valle dei Templi, Selinunte, Taormina, Cefalu, Erice etc..).

Deposit: 30% on the sum of rental by banker’s transfer money order, postepay card.

Caution money returnable 100€.
