The house is located right in the historical center of Città di Castello, in the Rione Mattonata, only two steps away from the high strett and has 6 wide and comfortable rooms furnished with period furniture; wood and wrought iron assembled by the skilful hands of the city artisans. You will be able to enjoy the atmosphere of living in an ancient palazzo with a typical Umbrian ceiling made of chestnut-wood beams and cotto tiles. The rooms can host up to 12 people, all with indipendent bathrooms. Rooms are available as single or double bedrooms. The structure has recently been restored and has a very easy accessory with elevator.
