In a recently constructed semi-detached villa, 6 km from the historical centre of Perugia and the airport of S.Egidio, deep in the peaceful Umbrian countryside.

At the guests’ disposal:

a large garden with an ornamental lake, shady glades, a raised swimming-pool, bicycles, internet connection;

breakfast is served in the living room or on the porch in the open air, surrounded by nature.

Smoking is forbidden indoors.

Possible activities include:

Strolls on foot or by bicycle in the plains and hills of the area, with views of Assisi and Monte Subasio, and in the adjoining green zone which winds its way into the Tevere natural park;

Birdwatching (even from inside the garden!);

Trips to Perugia, Assisi, Spoleto, Spello, Gubbio, Trevi, Montefalco, and Foligno; 

Excursions to the Park of the Trasimeno, the Park of Monte Cucco, Park of the Sibillini, fluvial Park of the Tevere, etc;

Courses : Music courses of familiarisation with medieval string instruments, the viola da gamba and the violoncello, for adults and children.

A separate entrance, which guarantees guests privacy and tranquillity, and leads to the upper floor of the house, with an attic, well-lit and furnished with care.

Rooms:

2 double rooms with the possibility of adding a third bed or crib, one furnished in ethnic style and the other in a “romantic” style with a terrace.

1 large bathroom with a shower, shared by the two rooms (if both are occupied), for exclusive use of the guests.

1 living room with fireplace and a small panoramic balcony for the use of guests during the day, where they can eat breakfast and consult in comfort the tourist material which we provide.

Check in from 16.00 hours onwards.

Check out not later than 11.00.

A large and comfortable internal parking area is available.
