In the middle of the beautiful umbrian valleys and hills, and with an outstounding panoramic view, between Perugia and Assisi, Castel d’Arno is a completely restored burgh of the 13th century, surrounded by an incredible rose and olives, inside of which we are realizing a panoramic swimming pool that will come inaugurated in the next summer 2007. The country house is located in a strategic position near many cities of particular tourist interest (Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, Spoleto, Todi, Spello, etc). Moreover we are to little steps from the S. Egidio Airport, that become recently port of call of international lines low cost (Ryanair, etc). Today the country house, after the restoration jobs, has 5 characteristic apartments of several metratures and much comfortable, all with sight on the splendid view of umrian valleys. It furnishes to you with antiques furnitures, are equips you of private service, equipped angle cooking, linen and heating. Wide parking inside the enclosure. For all those who is wanted to make pizza, is possible also to use a magnificent firewood furnace situated in our characteristic courtyard. Near Castel d’Arno there are two good restaurants where it’s possible to have supper with moderate prices.

Our 5 apartments are so named:
IL CUCINONE with 2-4 beds. Located on the first floor of our country house, it is a wide room of mq 50 and high ceiling with characteristic garret and a romantic balcony that points out on the garden and a fantastic view. It consists of a double-bed, a garret with two single-beds, private bathroom, equipped kitchenette.
GLI ULIVI with 4 beds. Located on the first floor of our country house, it offers a beautiful view of the wide garden of olives trees and roses, where the swimming pool of recent realization is placed. It is a characteristic apartment of mq. 50 and consists of a double-bed, a room with 2 single-beds, private bathroom, equipped kitchenette.
L'ORTO with 2-3 beds. Located on the ground-floor of our country house, with independent entrance, it faces the garden with olives trees and has a private small courtyard. It’s an apartment of mq 40 and consists of a wide double-room with also a single bed, private bathroom, living-room with equipped kitchenette.
IL CORTILE with 4-6 beds. Located on the first floor of our country house, it faces the characteristic courtyard with panoramic view. It’s an apartment of mq 65 and consists of two double-rooms, private bathroom, living-room with equipped kitchenette.
and then the suite IL SUBASIO with 6-11 beds. Located on the second floor of our country house, this apartment is approximately 170 mq in size and consists of a large double-room, another double-room, a large room with 6 single beds, a garret with divan double-bed, 2 characteristic bathrooms (of which one with a large bathtub), a living-room with TV and DVD, a large kitchen with fireside and dishwasher.

Nel prezzo sono comprese tutte le spese di luce, acqua, gas da cucina, pulizia finale, biancheria da bagno e da letto, utilizzo piscina nei mesi estivi, barbecue in muratura, forno a legna. Nei mesi invernali, restano invece escluse le spese di riscaldamento (circa euro 1,00 all’ora, quindi no a persona, per gli appartamenti piccoli, euro 3,00 all'ora per quello più grande). Sconti speciali per gruppi e/o famiglie e/o per prenotazioni superiori alle 6 notti. Ulteriore sconto per prenotazioni effettuate con un po' di anticipo.
