Villa Costa Piccola is a charming estate located on the green hills of Umbria, inside the natural park of Monte Acuto. In full contact with nature, surrounded by olive trees it is the ideal place for a peaceful holyday while at the same time being convenient for visiting Umbria's most famous attractions such as Perugia, Gubbio, Assisi, Todi, Città di Castello, the lake Trasimeno and many others; all reachable by car in 20-30 minutes. EXTERIOR The villa was built with local old stone wooden beams and terracotta in full respect of the surrounding landscape. All materials are handcrafted making every little detail unique. SWIMMING POOL The swimming pool is 12 m. by 6 m., from 1.40 to 1.50 m. deep. It is illuminated by night and a there is a barbecue in the nearby. INTERIOR The kitchen, a bathroom, the living room with fireplace and a double room are located on the main floor. The kitchen, that has a table for ten, looks onto the swimming pool and the garden where there is an equipped eating area. On this floor there is a garret with a a double room with bathroom; a wall plaster conceals a wardrobe and delimits a relax area with a view on the living room. An ample spiral staircase in masonry leads to the ground floor where there are two en-suite bedrooms (one with shower, the other one with a bathtub) that have direct access to another open air breakfast area in the garden. The same floor has a laundry, a store room and a cellar. All windows and doors have mosquito-net. RENTAL RATES 2007: from 10/01 to 30/03 €1800,00; 31/03- 29/06 €2300,00;30/06-07/09 €2900.00;08/09-12/10 €2200,00;13/10-14/12 €1800,00;15/12-11/01 €2300,00.
