Comfortable ,with a warm atmosphere, the B&B is located, close to the International airport, along the road connecting Pisa to the seaside. In la Mimosa you will find a very homely and friendly atmosphere. The villa has a huge garden and a charming solarium balcony  where you can relax getting the perfect tan . The location of the villa in Porta a Mare, being close to town and to the seaside, is ideal for your holydays. We can offer  our guests large bedrooms, all provided with balconies, TV, basin, individual air conditioning system and all refurbished with old Tuscan family furniture.We have a double bedroom ensuite  and more couples of sharing the bathroom.We offer free parking opportunity in the garden.Small pets are admitted.We also have a cooperation with a guesthouse in town center named Le Cascine, Via delle Cascine 58 close to the cathedral.We offer our guests a shuttle taxi service operating :-         to and from  the railway station – centre of the city  to the B&B at 2,00 euro per person-         to and from the Airport to the B&B at 10,00 euro per person.We can offer you also a SMALL APARTMENT with the kitchen offering accommodation for two or up to four persons: with air conditioning , TV and private parking with prices starting from euro 79,00 (two persons)euro 99,00 (three persons) or 119,00 (four persons).

La Mimosa

Il nostro B&B dista solo pochi minuti dall’Aeroporto Internazionale Galilei,dalla stazione ferroviaria , dagli ospedali di S. Chiara, Cisanello e dalla clinica di S. Rossore e dall'Università di Pisa . Il centro storico si trova a soli 1,5 km ed è facilmente raggiungibile .La nostra città offre alcuni tra i più bei monumenti del mondo e molti musei: la Piazza dei Miracoli con la Torre Pendente, la Cattedrale, il Cimitero Monumentale, il Museo dell'Opera del Duomo , il Museo di S. Matteo, l' Orto botanico. A pochi km potrete trovare le città d'arte di Lucca (km 25), Firenze (km 75), Siena (km 100), Volterra (km 55) , S. Gimignano (Km 60) , Livorno (Km 26). Le località balneari della Versilia:Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi,le Cinque Terre vi aspettano, con le loro spiagge e la vita notturna. mentre nel Parco Naturale di San Rossore si possono fare splendide escursioni, a cavallo o in carrozza.per gli amanti dello sport,sono disponibili a Tirrenia  e a Marina di Pisa. 2 campi da golf, tennis, piscine, circoli velici oltre a innumerevoli stabilimenti balneari!

Our B&B is in a “strategic” location:a few minutes far from Pisa International Airport - railway station,from the centre of city(1,5 km), from “Santa Chiara” and “Cisanello” hospitals, from “San Rossore” clinic. C.N.R. (National Researche Council),and Pisa University. Pisa offers some more beautiful ed interesting monuments in the world,like:“Piazza dei Miracoli” ,the Leaning tower, the cathedral, the Monumental cemetery, The“Opera del Duomo and sinopias” museum,the St. Matteo museum and the Botanical garden. The charming towns of Lucca, Firenze, Siena, Volterra, S. Gimignano
and Montalcino are only a few Km far from Pisa.The seaside resorts of the nearby Versilia just wait for you with their endless beaches and sparkling nightlife: Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi. If you like sport, at Marina Di Pisa and Tirrenia (few minutes far from the B&B) you can find 2 golf fields, tennis fields, swimming pools, sailing and yaghting clubs, and the beautiful Tyrrhenian seaside, of course.


Notre B&B se trouve dans un lieu paisible mais… stratégique!Il n’est éloigné que peu de km de l’aéroport international de Pise " Galilei, de la Gare Centrale de Pise et il est proche aussi des hôpitaux de « Santa Chiara » et « Cisanello »,de la Clinique de St. Rossore  et du C.N.R.(Conseil National de la Recherche).Le centre historique de Pise se trouve à 1,5 km du B&B , et il est facilement  joignable grâce au service d’autobus (ligne 10 pour et de « Marine de Pise ») qui ont un arrêt juste en face du B&B.La ville de Pise offre des monuments - musées parmi les plus beaux et importants au monde: La Place des Miracles,
la Tour Penchée,la Cathédrale, le Cimetière Monumental, le Musée de L’Opéra du « Duomo »,des « sinopie », «de St. Matteo»...
Il y a aussi la possibilité d’effectuer des des excursions en ville, très intéressantes :sur des modernes autobus ouverts qui font le tour du centre-ville,ou bien remonter le fleuve Arno en bateau jusqu’à la mer.Les belles villes d’art de Lucca, Firenze, Siena, Volterra,S. Gimignano et Montalcino  se trouvent à peu de Km de distance aussi les localités balnéaires de la Versilie: Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi, les Cinq Terres.A peu de "B&B"
il est possible d’effectuer des excursions à pied, en bateau, à cheval ou en carrosse, dans les
Parcs Naturels de St. Rossore .Pour les sportifs: Pise et ses alentours offrent deux campsde  golf, des camps de tennis,des piscines, des clubs nautiques et, bien entendu, la mer tyrannique et ses plages(Marine de Pise - Tirrenia)!
