The flats are located in Poggio Alla Malva, near Carmignano and from here it is easy to reach Florence, Pistoia, Prato and also Montecatini, Empoli, Lucca, Livorno, Pisa, Siena and Volterra. The house has a remote-controlled gated entrance for cars. The flats (IL FIENILE, LA CANTINA, LA TINAIA) are furnished in a Tuscan rustic style, they are heated independently and have telephone, Satellite coloured Tv and security safe, wake up service in each apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, cooker and dishes. Each flat has a bathroom with shower and hairdrier. In the garden each apartment has table, chairs, umbrella and barbeque. The guest have at their disposal: • On-site office with pamphlets of the region and train schedules to major sites in Tuscany • Laundrette with wash-tub, washing machine, clothes hanger, iron and ironing board • Play park for children • Swimming pool and bathing area (01/05-30/09) • Ample parking
