our b&b, inaugureted in may, 2008 has three big bed rooms, bright, with a good furniture and all our rooms have private bathroom. in each room it's possible to sleep up to 4 people. so it's perfect also for the family with children. we have too the private parking. we are in palestrina, close to valmontone (where ther'is the biggest outlet of italy), tivoli with his wonderful ville, frascati and all the castelli romani. we are only 35 km from rome. ten minutes from san cesareo and valmontone motorway. five minutes from zagarolo train station. in our b&b you can visit rome but also the wonderful place of our district. we are waiting for you!
