Stazzo Chivoni is located on the top of the homonymous hill, in the countryside between Luogosanto and Bassacutena, 18km only from the seaside. Activities: trekking, mountain bike, guided tours, farm activities, sailing. Facilities: Breakfast included, car parking, towels, luggage storage, travel info, laundry service, mountain bike. Description: Stazzo Chivoni is an early XIX century country-house, entirely built with granite stones. It is located on the top of the homonymous hill, surrounded by unspoilt nature with sparse Mediterranean scrub wood and vegetation, dry-stone walls and small farm cottages. Sheltered by main winds, the place benefits from an ideal weather all year round with warm summers and mild winters. The building has been recently restored in compliance with the original criteria and materials: granite outside-walls and lime indoor-walls, juniper wood for the roof's structure and "incannicciato" ceiling (built with long, parallel reeds/bamboo canes). Interiors are simple and comfortable.
