Between the sea and the first tops of tha Alps Marittime, the guests of "Fiocco di Neve" pass their holidays into the green of High Valle Bormida, near the centre of Calizzano.

 The house is an ancient stone construction, with an spacious garden and private parking.
The 3 rooms are double, with a little boxroom, private bathroom and TV. The breakfast, abundant and rich in typical food, are served in an ample garret. Here you can see some objects daily used in the XIX century, to have free access to internet, relax watching the TV or simply chat. The little library includes texts about the territory, maps for excursions, scientific and historical magazines, about mushrooms and MTB.

The ownerns are cyclist-tourist guides and invite you to discover a part of Liguria rich in woods and pathways.

FIOCCO DI NEVE

30 minuti di strada panoramica per arrivare al mare, 1 ora di cammino tra i boschi per salite oltre i 1300 metri e ammirare un panorame mozzafiato dalla corsica al monte rosa. Il borgo è ricco di angoli pittoreschi e arte, non quella spettacolare e grandiosa dei monumenti famosi, ma quella affascinante e preziosa dei piccoli paesi. Calizzano è ideale per chi ama il mare e vuole riposare al fresco, ma anche per chi passa le vacanze su e giù dalle montagne, sempre alla ricerca di nuove emozioni in estate e magari anche in inverno. in autunno i boschi sono presi d'assalto dai cercatori di funghi, i ristoranti...dai buongustai! insieme alla castagna, tutelata dallo Slow Food, e alle acque minerali, i funghi di Calizzano sono conosciuti un po' ovunque, come le sagre di ottobre a loro dedicate. Calizzano è tutto questo: un luogo dove tutti possono trovarsi a proprio agio!
