It’s a characteristic XVIII century farmhouse with private swimming pool, divided into three indipendent apartments one of which occupied by the owners. The farmhouse gives the possibility of renting apartments for 4/6 people each or accomodating in B&B solution in room for two or three people. Each apartment has 2 bedrooms, sitting room with fireplace, sofabed and TV, kitchet and one bathroom with shower. Extra single beds are available on request in any room. Each apartment has private and equipped garden with tables, chairs and beach umbrella; the swimming pool and the surrounding area equipped with gazebo and deck chairs, and the children playground are in common. The farmhouse is 3 km far from the medioeval hamlet of Montegiove (XIII c. castle) and about 10 km from Montegabbione and Fabro (A1 Rome-Milan highway, railway station, supermarkets, banks, post office, restaurants, pubs, sport centers, filling stations, etc.). It is located in a very quite and relaxing hilly area near the border with Tuscany and Lazio so it is strategically located for those willing to comfortably visit the majority of the most important Central Italian art cities and sites. This area is also particularly recommended for nice and interesting walks as many naturalistic paths and historical and cultural sites are reacheble from the house. In 10 minutes walking (900 m.) you can reach and visit "La Scarzuola", a Francescan Monastery of 1218 (with one of the first portrait of San Francesco) next to which the architect Tommaso Buzzi planned and built an amazing and incredible architectonical complex.
