At “Podere Giuliano” a recently restored farm house surrounded by pastures and corn fields, situated on a hillock of the maremma in Latium, in Etruscan area just a few miles far from the sea between Tuscania and Tarquinia, as well as Montalto di Castro, the first floor has completely been structured for Bed & Breakfast accommodation, with two bedrooms, a bathroom and a living-room. In the area outside the house there are tables, chairs, comfortable deck-chairs and bicycles at total disposal of our guests. Next may 2007 will be ready the big swimming pool, 15 m long. The first floor of the house has an independent entrance, a bright, large living-room, a double room, a room with two beds and one bathroom for both. It is possible to add an extra bed in each room. The rooms are provided with independent heating/air conditioning. We speak English. There are no public transport means to get to Podere Giuliano, therefore, it is useful to have one’s own transport means. We suggest the following excursions: to Tuscania and Tarquinia (both at 15 km from here), the beaches of Montalto Marina (10 km from here), the archaeological sites of Vulci, the Bolsena lake, the Argentario area, the different thermal resorts at about 40 km from here (Saturnia, Viterbo, Civitavecchia); furthermore taking a train from Montalto di Castro (at 8 km from here), after less than one hour and a half, you can reach the central area of Rome.

La zona si trova in un baricentro strategico per varie esursioni: in meno di quindici minuti si arriva sia al mare di Montalto Marina che a Tuscania , Tarquinia ed alla zona archeologica di Vulci.

In trenta minuti si può raggiungere il Lago di Bolsena, l'Argentario, il borgo di Capalbio, il parco dell'Uccellina, l’imbarco per i traghetti di Civitavecchia

E per chi volesse passare un giorno a Roma, con un unico biglietto  può andare e tornare in treno comodamente  girando gratuitamente su tutti i mezzi pubblici della Capitale.

Encore, de  la gare de Montalto di Castro (à 8 km), après une heure et demie de train on arrivera au centre de Rome.

Vom Bahnhof von Montalto di Castro (nur 8 Km weit), braucht man nur anderthalb Stunden mit dem Zug nach Zentrum von Rom zu fahren.
