The B&B Il Portico stands near Vetralla and its ideal position, in the heart of the Tuscia area, offers the possibility to reach sites of great cultural interest: Viterbo where you can visit the historical centre with its fountains, the splendid Papal Palace, symbol of the town and the medieval quarter of San Pellegrino, preserving almost intact its original aspect. In the Province, in a few minutes from the B&B, you can admire the splendid Farnese Palace in Caprarola; Villa Lante in Bagnaia, the best example of the Italian garden; the Romanesque churches of San Pietro and S. Maria Maggiore in Tuscania and the monster Park of Bomarzo. A visit to Tarquinia (about 30 km. from the B&B) is a must for those who want to discover the misterious world of the Etruscans; Tarquinia charms the tourists also for its elegant seaside. Not far from the B&B (about 12 km.) lies the Vico lake with its nature reserve and (about 30 km) the Bolsena lake with the beautiful centres of Marta and Capodimonte. Tourists who love wine must visit Montefiascone, the home of Est Es Est wine.The area is also rich in spas: at 10 km from the B&B stand Le Pozze and the Popes Baths, thermal springs, sulphurous waters rich in therapeutic effects. Il Portico has two large bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, television and reserved car park. One room presents 1 bunk and 1 double bed; the other room has 1 double bed and a single bed. The B&B disposes of a large kitchen with a fireplace and of a green garden.
