La Ginestra was founded in 1979 by a group of young men and women with the goal of preserving and renewing traditions of the Tuscan countryside. The farm stretches across 132 hectars (325 acres) , divided between vignards, pastures and olive groves. The choice of organic farming allows us to obtain safe, genuine products and to protect the environment from pollution.
