The Farm is situated in the NATURAL PARK OF MAREMMA at the feet of Uccellina Mountain, 3 Km from the beautiful sea of Talamone. Between wonderful hills with almost 3000 secular olive trees, where the cattle is grazing on bio fields, in pure Mediterranean bush, it's easy to see the area's real masters: wild boars, deer, bucks, pheasants, hares and foxes.The farm has recently restructured 3 apartments maintaining the natural feelings, with wooden-beam ceiling and stonewalls. The 3 apartments have autonomous heating system. 150 km from Roma, 70 from Siena, for complete relaxation a 30 minutes drive will bring you to the Thermal Baths of Saturnia. For the lovers of archeology the Argentario Peninsula is 25 km away with its wealth of archeological sites; Pittigliano and Sovana - Etruscan, and Roman villages. The Islands of Giglio and Giannutri make pleasant day trips.So you will find country and sunny sea, culture and amusement, sports and promenades, colours and flavours in your apartment, in a natural and human context, for you and for the taste of this nice Farm.

nel Parco Naturale della Maremma, a soli 7 Km. c'è un campo da golf di 9 buche tra uliveti e querce secolari; si può trascorrere una giornata in barca e mangiare il pesce pescato da Voi con l'aiuto di Paolo "il pescatore". Le famose Terme di Saturnia a mezz'ora di macchina;chi è appassionato di mare a Talamone trova lo scoglio con l'acqua cristallina e frizzante oppure una spiaggia amatissima dagli appassionati di surf e kitesurf (la wind-beach) e ancora, per i più piccoli, a soli 5 Km inizia un'altra fantastica spiaggia di sabbia lunga chilometri. L'Argentario a 25 Km, l'isola del Giglio e Giannutri di fronte a noi, insediamenti Romanici, Etruschi e scavi archeologici come Roselle sono a portata di mano. E ancora…. la magnifica ABBAZIA cistercense di SAN GALGANO, senza il tetto, fu realizzata tra il 1220 ed 1268. L’ ABBAZIA DI SANT’ ANTIMO, a Montalcino (patria del famoso vino “Brunello di Montalcino”, uno dei più importanti monumenti romanici in Toscana, fondata - dice la leggenda - da Carlo Magno nel 781. PIENZA - La città di Papa Pio II - patrimonio mondiale U.N.E.S.C.O. L'antica città romana di "COSA", sul promontorio di Ansedonia, di fondazione romana fu fondata nel 273 a.C
SOVANA e PITIGLIANO, costruite su uno sperone di tufo, di origine etrusca, vi succedettero prima i Romani e successivamente i Longobardi.
La veduta, che ci appare improvvisa dalla curva della Madonna della Grazie, è sufficiente per andare a scoprirla. La necropoli etrusca di VETULONIA, a pochi chilometri da Castiglione della Pescaia. Oggi è un piccolo borgo su una collina che domina la pianura grossetana, un tempo uno dei più importanti centri dell'Etruria. Cucina di mare o di cacciagione e i vigneti del "Morellino di Scansano" tutt'intorno. Distanze:

Die berühmten Thermen von Saturnia sind nur eine halbe Autostunde von uns entfernt. Wer sich vom Meer angezogen fühlt, findet in Talamone eine Felsenküste mit kristallklarem und kühlen Wasser oder einen von den Freunden des Surfens und des Drachensurfens heißgeliebten Strand. Für die Kleineren beginnt in nur fünf Kilometer Entfernung ein weiterer phantastischer und kilometerlanger Sandstrand. Das Kap L'Argentario ist 25 Km entfernt, die Inseln Giglio und Giannutri liegen direkt vor uns in Reichweite. Dort findet man, etwa in Roselle, römische und etruskische Ansiedlungen und archäologische Ausgrabungsstätten. Und dann gibt es noch die herrliche ZISTERZIENSERABTEI in SAN GALGANO, die heute ohne Dach ist und zwischen 1220 und 1268 erbaut wurde.Die ABTEI SANT'ANTIMO in Montalcino (Heimatort des berühmten Weines "Brunello di Montalcino", ist eines der bedeutendsten romanischen Bauwerke in der Toskana, gegründet - wie die Sage behauptet - von Karl dem Großen im Jahre 781. PIENZA - Die Heimatstadt von Papst Pius II. - Weltkulturerbe der UNESCO. Die antike römische Stadt "COSA", auf dem Vorgebirge von Ansedonia, von den Römern im Jahre 273 v. Chr. gegründet.
SOVANA und PITIGLIANO, auf einem Tuffsteinfelsen erbaut, etruskischen Ursprungs, denen dann die Römer und später die Langobarden folgten. Der Ausblick, den man ganz unvermutet hat, wenn man um die Kurve Madonna delle Grazie biegt, lohnt alleine einen Besuch dort. Die etruskische Nekropole (Totenstadt) VETULONIA, wenige Kilometer von Castiglione della Pescaia entfernt. Heute ist es eine kleine Stadt auf einem Hügel über der Ebene von Grosseto, einst war es eines der wichtigsten etruskischen Siedlungszentren. Die hervorragende regionale Küche mit Köstlichkeiten aus dem Meer und mit Wild, sowie die Weinberge des "Morellino di Scansano" - all das findet man in der Umgebung. Entfernungen:
