Agriturismo Podere Cavone is located on the top of a hill overlooking the Maremma Regional Park; undoubtedly, it enjoys one the most spectacular landscapes of Maremma. View from the veranda, where breakfast is served, stretches from the green hills of the Park to the island of Elba, Castiglione della Pescaia and Punta Ala. Podere Cavone faces west and is fresh and airy also in the summer months when the mild westerly winds allow you to enjoy the sun from the garden in front of the rooms. Podere Cavone is strategically positioned in order to combine sightseeing to nearby historic towns, excursions and open air sport activities to a relaxing holiday at the Podere. HOW TO REACH US From Milan...... Take the highway Rome-Florence to the exit “Firenze-Certosa”. Take, then, the highway to Siena, and then continue to Grosseto. From there take the Aurelia highway south and exit at Cupi approximately 12 km after Grosseto Sud. From Florence.. From “Firenze Certosa” take the highway to Siena, and then continue to Grosseto. From there take the Aurelia highway south and exit at Cupi approximately 12 km after Grosseto Sud. From Rome...... Take the A12 motorway to Civitavecchia and continue north on the Aurelia highway (direction Grosseto). Exit at Cupi, approximately 10 km after Talamone-Fonteblanda. From Cupi...... Once you have left the Aurelia follow the road for approximately 5 km. After a steep hill and a few curves turn left at the sign for Podere Cavone (see the US mail boxes). After about 500 metres turn left at the sign for Podere Cavone and follow the dirt road for another 200 metres.
