Large home with swimmig pool with a panoramic view of the medieval town of Todi in the region of Umbria. House sits on 20 hectares of land consisting of vineyards olive trees and wooden area.  The farm produces its own wine, olive oil, sheep and goat cheese and meat and fresh eggs. The larger house, has 3 bedrooms upstairs each with a veranda, 2 bathrooms, large living room & dining room on the main floor with fireplace small office with fireplace and large kitchen all equipped washing machine, dishwasher etc. We provide all linens, towels tablecloth etc. satellite TV, air conditioning and wooden oven. As of Christmas 2007 we will have a second house with possibility of renting by the day or week-end This small home will offer the same services as the large one, and will have an access for the disables.

Il casale grande, preferibilmente, viene affittato, minimo, per una settimana (da € 800,00 a € 1500,00/sett.), con consumi delle utenze a contatore. Le altre due strutture (da € 700,00 a € 1200,00/sett.)se affittate a settimana pagheranno i consumi a contatore. Se affittate giornalmente, avranno un costo onnicomprensivo. In media e bassa stagione, se affittate uno dei nostri casali, per due settimane, avrete in regalo la terza settimana. E' possibile concordare e dare indicazioni per la preparazione di cibi genuini e espressi.

Todi è in una posizione strategica-centrale, per compiere gite a perugia, Assisi, Spello, Spoleto, Orvieto. E' anche molto comodo arrivare fino a Roma, con poco più di un'ora di au.tostrada. Tutti gli anni, in luglio, a Todi, c'è il raduno delle mongolfiere, bellissime da vedere sopra il tempio della Consolazione, del Bramante.

Todi is in a position strategic-headquarters, in order to complete gite to Perugia, Assisi, Spello, Spoleto, Orvieto. E' also much comfortable one to arrive until Rome, with little more than an hour than au.tostrada. Every year, in July, to Todi, there is the gathering of mongolfiere, beautifulst to see over the tempio of the Consolation, of Bramante.
