“The Table of the Knights”  chooses the harmony and the beauty of the nature, to enable our guests to rediscover the real “hospitality” and been able to create  “special feelings” that allow our guests to live a better life. The Village, completely restructured in the full respect of the ancient traditions, is surrounded by 18 hectares of land and woods (high stalk),  it is well equipped for pleasant walkings, horse-back riding or to use one of ours mountain bikes to  discover and “loose yourself” in one of the many intriguing paths allowing different levels of engagement.  Situated at approximately 800 meters in altitude above the sea level, we are completely immersed the natural Park of the “Mount Subasio”, with a unforgettable views all around, where you can easily recognise the famous “Rocca” (the ancient fortress of Assisi) and many others panoramic and green  hills and appennine mountains. The life in the Village simple and characterized from rhythms in  complete harmony with the atmosphere. A careful selection of the ingredients, chosen between the products of our  farm, allows the realization of special dishes following ancient recipes from the traditional Umbrian-Tuscan culture.   The respect of the tradition becomes rediscover of scents and “ancient” taste also with the use of  meats only coming from our  breedings of cows (Chianina) and porks (the famous black pig), eating directly on our fields in complete liberty. Ours selection of cold meats like salami ham etc…, are handcrafted here on the spot and they are stored in our  wine cellars  for the longer  time they need to became a “special product”. A careful cure and a particular dedication are both taken either in the phase of production, as in the delicate phase of transformation, allows us to offer an  advanced quality on every single product we produce: from pastes to oils, cheeses to the salami to the home-made beer, prestigious product from the  “Relais Monastery of San Biagio”, always in our property just few minutes away. Starting from the original structure, after a careful restoration work in the respect of the ancient  traditions of the place, we  have realized nice and  pleasant country houses few meters away one from the other, all of them characterized by large rooms and relaxing atmospheres. The complete structure has 12 double rooms with bath, all of them furnished with lovely antique furnitures of the beginning  of the years 1900, offering various combinations and solutions of services and spaces  for the various requirements of the customer. From every room there’s a beautiful view  on the  surrounding greens hills or breathtaking  sunsets giving you an evocative impressions of a special atmosphere, inviting for a  vacation of peace and relax.
