Our estate ‘Ville San Gregorio’ offers guests two forms of accommodation: a splendid detached villa with a tower over two floors, and a fully renovated stone farmhouse, set in the hills of the estate. These 7 hectares consist of splendid terraces mostly covered by olive trees, with breathtaking views of the entire Umbrian valley.

Nel prezzo d’affitto sono compresi: prima fornitura biancheria da letto e biancheria da bagno, consumi – acqua, luce, gas, uso della piscina, suoi arredi e accessori, uso della lavanderia, parcheggio, letto per bambini (su richiesta), animali ammessi (su richiesta). Nel prezzo d’affitto sono esclusi: Riscaldamento (verrà pagato a consumo), pulizie finali ( per Il Casale 120 Euro , per La Villa intera – 2 appartamenti - 200 Euro, ogni appartamento 100 Euro). Richiesto deposito cauzionale di 800 Euro in contanti che dovrà essere pagato alla consegna delle chiavi. Verrà interamente restituito a condizione che non siano stati provocati danni alla struttura e agli oggetti.
