our farm is situated in a sunny and green valley close to the castle of garlenda. hospitality in 1 double room and 3 apartments. for your relax a fully equipped swimming-pool within the property. we have a large kitchen well equipped, situated on the ground floor room adjacent to seminars hall, at the disposal of the guests. in the immediate surroundings: a variety of walks in the ligurian bush, horse riding, golf, mountain bike cycling, tennis, the sea (less than 3 miles away) ...and more... we offer annual course and seminars of yoga tantra. for seminars large hall with parquet-flooring with carpets for yoga and cushions, hi-fi system and a large veranda made out of stoneware with wide glass windows and doors leading to a lovely garden with table and easy chairs. internal workshop of clay sculptures, yoga, traditional sacred dances, relaxation and meditation in order to live the experience of the same energy in 4 different forms.
