The Receptive Tourism Center “La Fattoria” (The Farm)rises between plateaux and deep valleys.The whole area overlooks Bolsena’s lake among woods full of sounds and smells of nature.It is a totally reorganized ancient farm house, made of a large restaurant room where the gastronomy is traditional.Dishes are handed down by generations.There’s a wide arcade where you can taste very good pizzas cooked in a wood-burning oven and listen to live music, especially in cool summer nights (we are at 600 m sea level).On the upper floor there are very furnished rooms.The care of details is a must in these rooms as well as a beautiful view on the lake’s sunset. Some of them have also a solarium.Near the farm house there are mini-flats,with a double bedroom,a kitchen and a bathroom.Also the flats are very accurate in the choice of fornitures,they guarantee independence and offer peacefulness.There are also swimmingpools(one of this is a wading pool)and comfortable dressing rooms.It’s possible to arrange open parties just on the green grass of the swimming-pool border.The whole structure is rounded by a wide garden (about 500 square meter)and an enchanted wood where you can spend moments of relax and,if you want,organize also pic-nics.For people travelling by a camper it’s possible to rent a well equipped parking area with the use of showers.Near the rural house there are natural aviaries with breeding pheasants.With a guide you can also visit the incubator where pheasants are made born.Between the swimming pools and the grove you can look up to horses and donkeys while they are pasturing.
