The 9 Muse (“Nine Muses”) Bed and Breakfast is in Canneto sull’Oglio (Mantova), a privileged and strategic location: within the green landscapes of the Parco Oglio Sud (South Oglio River Park), this is an excellent starting point to visit towns and cities rich in art, as well as to reach and enjoy natural sites and leisure parks.Created in a country home originally built at the beginning of the 20th century, now carefully restored, this Bed and Breakfast delights its guests with a family atmosphere, surrounding them with the cosy feeling of brickwork, stone, timber and fireplaces. Three double rooms are available, located on a separate floor. Each one has comfortable wooden framed beds with orthopaedic mattresses, bathroom with shower and hair-drier, private terrace – solarium, television set, and independent and adjustable air conditioning and heating. Each room has the name of a Muse, with original furniture of the past century and paintings from major contemporary artists. The breakfast, which is varied and generous, includes brioches, rusks, milk, fruit juice, coffee, tea, tisane, and yoghurt, as well as cakes, biscuits and home-made jams; it is served on the ground floor in the large dining room with fireplace.
