Agriturismo M.c.m. Belvedere

Situated approximately 10 km from Castiglion Fiorentino on a small hilltop in a position that gives panoramic views spanning 360 degrees. The location allows beautiful vistas of the valley and surrounding countryside, and also around the valley are small promontories (hillocks) which are the remains of defences of the old marshes that have been reclaimed since 1500AD. We can enjoy the views of Cortona, Castiglion Fiorentino, Castello di Montecchio, Foiano, and many other localities. At night it will seem that you are at the centre of a natural stage. The outside of the property is surrounded by a large and beautifully kept garden, with a swimming pool (16m x 8m) and has a barbeque facility. It is possible to explore the area by horse or mountainbike, you can play golf, or fish for sport, and there are places nearby to taste the local gastronomic products typical of the region. You can also visit the cultural and artistic cities like Arezzo, Siena, Cortona, and Florence. The agriturismo is able to offer service to handicapped clients, has parking, and with prior notice can accommodate dogs.The agriturismo is divided into 9 apartments, 3 with two double bedrooms, and 6 with one double bedroom all with bathroom and lounge and sofa bed (suitable for children up to 14 years old). Also a small corner kitchen. All the apartments have radiator heating, satellite TV, bed linen and kitchen equipment are provided. The rooms are well decorated and maintained.
