THE FARM HOLIDAY B&B FIORANO is in Marche, Ascoli Piceno (AP) province and is an old farmhouse (second half of 18th century) that overlooks the wide estate of vine yards and olive groves of the farm, 2 km away from the medieval town Cossignano. The most important part of the house is the wide vaulted hall with a fireplace obtained from the old stables where breakfasts and meals are served.In summertime , breakfast is served under the wonderful arcade where it is possible to relax.The structure, besides the three rooms, has got an independent housing unity, accessible also to disabled, that directly leans out on the garden. The flat is composed of a wide room, a delightful kitchen with everything necessary to spend an independent stay and a bathroom with a shower. The B&B Palazzo Fassitelli is situated directly on the main square in the medieval village of Cossignano. This charming, tranquil hamlet is off the main tourist routes. Located high on the hillside, 400 metres above sea level, it offers wonderful panoramic views of Gran Sasso (Abruzzi) and the Sibylline mountains, across to the Adriatic Sea, just 15 minutes drive away. Palazzo Fassitelli with its old stonewalls and vaulted ceilings was formerly the residence of the Italian nobility. The B&B consists of a spacious living-room with an open fireplace and frescoed ceiling, where the rich breakfast is served. For the guests we have 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms (one bedroom also with frescoed ceiling). We have a big library with Italian and English books (and also many Informations about the area) We have many records and CD and also one Satellite TV.
