In the country of Floridia, about 1 kilometre from the centre and more or less 10 kilometres from Syracuse, it is a calm oasis, surrounded by citrus plantations, there is the farm Cuore di Palme. It is a small residence made of 3 apartments (a two-roomed flat and 2 three-roomed flats). Cuore di palme has been built in white Mediterranean style, it is surrounded by many palms varieties which are the frame to the swimming pool in common use to the guests. The interior design is comfortable and high quality. Each apartment has the air-conditioning, with a terrace/ veranda and in parking area inside the property.
