I 99 olivi is a beautiful old house situated amongst a grove of olive trees. It is located less than 2km from the beach in Imperia in the heart of the Riviera dei Fiori. The house has been converted into 3 attractive holiday apartments all of which are available to rent on a weekly basis. The apartments were fully refurbished in October 2006. The holiday cottage is located in the Montolivo's property, on a hill, Le Cascine, overlooking the town. The ancient village called "Borgo delle Cascine" was once a rural area and is now one of the most exclusive residential areas in Imperia. W From "I 99 Olivi", amid orange centuries-old olive trees you can also enjoy the marvellous view of the bay of Imperiaand the Alpi Marittime, the most western part of the Alps. Litta apartment is perfect for a couple or a couple with a baby. It is about 28 square meters (300 square feet) and is located on the ground floor of the cottage. It consists of a bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchen. It is equipped with a double bed, a cot can be provided on request. The guests can also enjoy the benefit of a lovely patio in the private garden. Battina apartment with its characteristic vaulted ceiling is in the oldest part of the cottage. It is suitable for three adults or a couple with a baby and a child. It is about 35 square meters (380 square feets)) and is located on the ground floor. It consists of a bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchen. It is equipped with a double bed plus a sofa bed with two single beds. A cot will be provided on request. The guests may also enjoy the benefit of a lovely patio in the private garden. Elvira apartment is about 70 square meters (750 square feet) and is located on the first floor. It is the largest flat in the cottage and consists of twobedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds), a living room, a bathroom and a kitchen. The spacious living room has large windows with impressive views of Oneglia, Porto Maurizio and the sea. All apartments are equipped with washing and dishwashing machines, microwave oven, toaster, coffee machine, satellite TV and radio, etc. A secure parking place is available for the use of guests. ...
