My flat is at the bottom floor of an ancient (but recently restructured) building, it has an independent entrance from the street. The area where it is located, although only a few blocks away from the main station (about 15 min walking), is safe, charming and lively at night (with trendy bars and restaurants in the same street and all around... actually it is quite a Bohemienne area with art galleries, show rooms...) and it's only 5 min walking from the main sites in Rome (Colosseum, Fori imperiali...)The studio is a cozy 35 sqm open space with fire-place and wooden cealing (like old-style buildings in Rome),it is fully furniture with design and expensive pieces, it has a walking-cabin closet, the kitchen (although very small) is separated and fully-equipped (complete also with washing/drying machine), the double bed is located up on a little loft, and, on demand, there is the possibility to add a third bed.
