NB. Only for RENT (not half board or bed & breakfast) "Villetta Umberto"(4+2 guests) and "Villetta Pinuccia"(4 guests), are surrounded by the green plants, bushes and vibrantly colourful flowers that make up the gardens at the front and back of the house. There is an ample terrace, provided with an outside umbrella, deck chairs, sun beds, outside shower and barbecue. The interior of the villas , each apartment has a dining room that can also be used as a living area with Tvsat and Stereo hi-fi; the kitchen has a microwave oven, a refrigerator and a dishwasher. The villas are composed by: a living room and a kitchen, two bedrooms, one with a double beds and other with two single beds, two bathrooms, both with showers and a washing machine. In the Villetta Umberto there is a mezzanine floor with two beds with furniture. The two apartments have air conditioning/heating. Facing into the garden there is a veranda with table and chairs where one can eat outdoors and enjoy the marvellous panorama of the blue sky and sea. One can admire the spectacular view and appreciate the panorama of the sea with the mountains in the distance. The two villas are situated on the promontory of CAPO CODA CAVALLO (150 m. away from the sea). The splendid surrounding sea with its stunning colours is lined with picturesque beaches that have been mentioned by some of the most important tourist magazines. Only a few kilometres away, the centre of San Teodoro, Porto Ottiolu, Punta Aldia and Porto San Paolo can be found. Not more than 16 km. away lies the city of Olbia, with a port, an airport and all possibilities that a big tourist centre can offer. ...
