There is so much to discover here - Volterra with 3000 years of history, from the Etruscans to the Romans through the Middle Ages up to modern times is still a lively town in the heart of Tuscany. You can go walking, cycling or riding, but also simply relax or visit famous towns nearby, such as San Gimignano (15 km), Siena (40 km), Pisa (60 km), or Florence (70 km). Our farm offers simple but comfortable hospitality in cosy and carefully restored rooms and flats in a genuine country atmosphere. Of primary importance is that we farm our land with biological methods – the basis for slow food. Our Agriturismo Biologico Bellaria, meaning Organic Farm Good Air, is named after the winds especially from the nearby Mediterranean sea. We offer apartments with independent entry, rooms with bathroom, independent heating, private garden, barbecue, and TV. Agriturismo La fonte is situated in the heart of Tuscany hills, between Volterra,famous etruscan and medioevale city, and San Gimignano, famous all over the world for its characteristic towers.You can easly visit the most important towns of Florence, Siena, Pisa.
